NVSPL is a state budgetary institution. NVSPL is the reference laboratory and performs personal and public healthcare microbiological, virological, parasitological, immunological, immunoassay, serology, hematology, chemical, toxicological, physical, molecular, and other environmental and clinical-diagnostic laboratory tests.
